The Padada Bridge, popularly known as Guihing Bridge among town folk, will finally be inaugurated on September 15 with no other than the President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo who will be there to open the bridge to the riding public.
The bridge which is under construction for more than three year already if I am not mistaken will cut short the travel time going to General Santos City from Davao City by half an hour. There are a lot of commuters and those living in Guihing are mostly affected with the travel time going to Digos City and finacial burden to the residents living there.
