Who can join
Filipino children ages six (6) to ten (10) years old.
Create a video of a child answering the question:
"If I were the President of the Philippines, what is the first thing that I would do?"
Video length must be a maximum of one (1) minute only, and should not exceed 15MB. Videos can be done using camera phones.
Any video-entry received that does not fall within the specified length & file size shall be automatically disqualified from the promo.
