The Department of Labour and Employment in a board resolution posted the blacklisted countries failed to sign international conventions protecting foreign workers.
POEA Governing Board, said that Section 3 of R.A. 10022 which provides that “the State shall allow the deployment of overseas workers ONLY in countries where the rights of Filipino migrant workers are protected."
Labor Department website listed the 41 countries as:

- Cuba
- North Korea
- Dominica
- East Timor/Timor Leste
- Eritrea
- Haiti
- India
- Iraq

How about the O F W for those working under the Multinational company or contractors on which is working site like in LIBYA' is it included in this Ban? we know there's so many O F W are waiting to go back in their previous employer' until now are in"Job less" i think our government make action regarding on this matter to help the O F W for the future of their family...
