Drift Champ Alex Perez is in Davao right now to spearhead the Speed Circuit Car Drifting Exhibition to be held on August 16, 2009, Sunday, at 4 p.m. at SM City Davao's Carpark C, which is sponsored by PLDTmyDSL.
Together with Alex Perez is Isabel Oli as the spokesperson for PLDTmyDSL, Iwa Moto will arrive today from Manila so she is not present at the press-con. 9,000 new lines for PLDTmyDSL is availabel here in Davao City alone, so if you plan to have a fast internet connection and you are don;t have one yet. This is the perfect time to have youself connected just visit your PLDT office in your area and ask if your place is one of the areas that has DSL. A very easy processing procedure to apply you just need to have a valid I.D. and you can apply for a DSL line wit PLDT.
The main media outfit covered the event from radio, print media and TV. And the bloggers from Mindanao are also present at the event and they arrived at the press-con just in time. It is as if they were waiting for them to start the event.
